1. How long is shipping? A. Express shipping is 1-2 business days and Standard shipping is 2-4 business days. All 1B orders ship same day if order before 4pm. For more information please see our shipping section.

5. What grade of Hair is this? Each collection list the grade of hair under each discription. Our grades range from 7A-9A. 

 

6. What's the best hair to purchase? A. It depends on what look your going for. You really can't go wrong with anything you select. Please chat a live agent for more info.

7. Is this Virgin Hair? A. Yes 100% Virgin Hair

 

8. What is virgin Hair? Our hair is source directly from the country of origin with out adding any chemicals.

12. Whats the difference between a front lace wig and a full lace wig ? A. The front lace wig is made with a 13X4 frontal. Our full lace wig is made with a 360 frontal making it more versatile.

13  Do you guys color hair? No we do not color hair  

 

14. Whats the difference between your collections? A. We have several collections you can click on each collection and read about them or chat us for a quicker response. 

 

15. Is your industry standard hair good? A. Yes its great hair its still better then the hair our major competitors sell. 

 

16. How long does your hair last? A. All collections will last up to a year with proper care our best collections will last longer. 

 

17. Where are your reviews? A. All our reviews are under the products click the deal and scroll down and you will see the customer reviews. 

 

18. Do you guys offer wholesale? Not at the current moment  

 

19. Are the knots bleach? A. The knots do not come bleach, because we have know idea how much bleach to use to match your complexion. 

 

20. Do your frontal or closures come pre plucked? A. Our frontal or closures do not come pre-plucked, because we have no idea how much hair to pluck to match your natural hair line.
