Returns & Exchanges

 If we fail to meet your expectations upon arrival and you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately. Our contact information is below and it's also on your receipt. Please DO NOT play with the hair , install the hair or disturb the pattern of the bundles.

If there are any discrepancy with the inches sent or texture we require all merchandise purchased to be returned  to us. The hair purchased with that order can be sent back for verification and for the exchange to be made or store credit to be issued. 

 Unopened  items can be returned for full value within 3 days of delivery. After this 3 day grace period full value maybe issued at the companies discretion (please see restocking section below).King HairWeaveLLC will be responsible for any errors made on the order . We will cover the shipping cost or return cost for any errors made by King HairWeaveLLC  If the buyer makes a mistake on the order and wants an exchange, the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost for the return or the exchange. 

 Please note that we handle all returns and exchanges on a case by case basis and a  refund or exchange will be granted at our companies discretion. It is our understanding that not every situation can be listed or mentioned in the paragraphs above and we would hate to do our customers a disservice this is why we handle everything on a case by case basis. 

Please Note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Refunds will be permitted for CUSTOM WIG ORDERS 

Colored Requested Items

Any custom coloring or dying procedures we perform  on behalf of  a customer voids any return or exchanges. All Sales are final on all custom items this  includes but is not limited to  single bundles, bundle deals, wigs, and clip ins. 

Untraceable / Lost Packages

A customer can select a signature delivery option at checkout. If the customer declines this option and tracking shows delivered we will honor the delivery confirmation. Although this is very rare it can happen.Please make certain the shipping address listed on your order is accurate. 


If a customer orders and decides to change their mind or want to return the hair for for any reason other than a error of the companies.  A $50.00  restocking fee may be charge or 25% of of the order depending on the amount of the order. The restocking fee is subject to owners discretion not all orders apply.
